About Realty Executives
In 1965, Dale Rector founded Realty Executives in Phoenix Arizona and started with 15 Executives with a mandate to compensate true professionals in the Real Estate Industry as they should be compensated. The concept had several spin offs, one being Dave Linigar who left Realty Executives to start the re/max system.
It was not until 1988 that Realty Executives started to market franchises, and as of 2005 it has spread to over 779 offices in 21 countries and has a total of over 14,456 sales persons.
Realty Executives attracts those Realtors who have business savvy and honed skills in the Real Estate field.
About Realty Executives Plus in Wasaga Beach
It's amazing how many Real Estate Brokers don't believe in their business enough to own their own Real Estate Office property. In 2004 Realty Executives Plus opened their office in Wasaga with the intent on purchasing a key location as soon as the right property came available. In February 2005 that happened when the principals of Realty Executives Plus of Wasaga and The Investment House of Canada (Wasaga) purchased 1383 Mosley Street for the purposes of running our business out of that location. Owning IS better then paying Rent!
At the time of purchase our home was badly neglected, in fact it had little parking, no hot water, dangerous wiring, and certainly no appeal. After 5 months of hard work we could not be more proud of "The Building" at 1383 Mosley.
Our next objective will be to find the 5-6 professionals who qualify for and have the desire to take their Real Estate Career to "Executive Level"
Realty Executives are proud to be members of the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board, as well as the Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton and Toronto Boards. This is important to us as we have access to more boards then any other broker in the Georgian Triangle Area.
